Mace Duplex is located on the Rue Mace in central Cannes. The location is not only great for holiday makers as the beach is so close! You can walk to the beaches in minutes! But it is also great for congress goers as the Palais is at the end of the road!
The apartment in itself is located on the top floor of a newly renovated traditional Cannes building. It is modern and beautifully decorated. All furnishings are of the best quality.
In the living area, at the top of the stairs of the duplex, you will find a comfortable sofa, that is also a sofa bed, modern units for the TV etc...
There is a LCD TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. It is on the ground floor of the Duplex as you enter the apartment. It is equipped with a four-ring ceramic induction hob and fan extractor, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a dish washer etc... There is also a dining area for four on this level.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine, there are two single beds. The Duplex layout gives both the mezzanine part and the living area part some privacy from the kitchen and dining area.
