Le Paris is an exceptional garden apartment just off the Croisette in the Palm Beach area of Cannes. Close to the Port Pierre Canto, it is just a minutes walk to the Croisette and the beach in one direction, and in the other, a very good patisserie, a delicatessen a grocery with a wonderful display of fruit and vegetables - and more beaches.
A 15 or 20 minute walk along the Croisette will find you at the Palais des Conferences - or enjoy an exclusive view from the open top deck of the No 8 bus which runs frequently along the Croisette between Palm Beach and the Old Port.
The apartment very comfortably sleeps 4 - the bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of cupboard space and there is a double sofa-bed and comfortable single divan in the living area. The living room opens onto a beautiful courtyard, in the centre of which is an orange tree, where you can sit, in shade or sun, or eat al fresco beneath a canopy. The table seats 6, perfect for entertaining on long summer evenings or for indulging in long summer lunches.
The “American” open-plan kitchen also opens onto the courtyard and is fully fitted and equipped - including a microwave. The bathroom is spacious, has a large bath, shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. Satellite television has also been installed.
